Strategic Plan 2021 - 2024 

In developing the current strategic plan, AAC is looking forward with a three-year perspective on the organization’s goals and priorities. The AAC has identified four strategic focus areas, which  will allow AAC to position itself to meet the needs of the AAC membership, funding partners, stakeholders and the broader agriculture and food industry.

The following priorities have been identified by the board and staff to drive the actions that AAC will undertake over the next three years to move the organization forward.

  • Promoting AAC as an experienced and trusted program delivery partner

  • Communicating the positive results and impact from current program delivery

  • Creating opportunities that build connections, encourage diversity and facilitate idea sharing

  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for strategic investments and partnerships

  • Strengthening internal capacity and processes to lead, collaborate, innovate and grow professionally
